Bernadette K. Park, is an ordained minister and a licensed holistic practitioner; born, raised and practicing in Hawaii.  A Ho’ola Pa’a Lapa’au who descends from a line of healers and priests of old Hawaii, she draws knowledge from both the indigenous and non-traditional modalities in complement with modern allopathic remedies.  Her skill and mastery in Reiki, Ho’oponopono Lomilomi, Healing Touch,  Spiritual Healing, and Ho’oponopono (conflict resolution) are but a fraction of the many modalities which thrive in a multi-cultural Hawaii.  She introduces “Healing Touch” and “Reiki” as alternative, non invasive, energy-based techniques that uses gentle placement of hands (laying of hands) on and around the body to provide comfort and relief from pain.  These modalities are known to reduce stress and anxiety, improve circulation, decrease toxins, and balance the body’s vital energy centers to enhance function and disease prevention, while deepening a personal spiritual awakening.

As a trained practitioner, she believes that by establishing an even flow of cooperative balance within and outside of the body, harmony can be gained on all levels of being.  This harmony creates the physiology necessary to experience healing, resolution, rejuvenation, restoration, ease in changes, and the total refreshment of the whole person.  While the approach is a holistic one (psychologically, physically, emotionally, spiritually) Bernadette intentions “unconditional love” as the healer, and addresses the healer within each individual, deploying the body’s own natural pharmaceuticals.

Doing her share of co-creating a kinder global humanity, she surrounds her day with mindfulness, honoring the individual and each need that presents itself. Entrained from a place of “oneness” in all of humanity, she believes that there is no room for judgment or division, ego, no separation one from another, no parting from nature, and no competition.  She is an active member of civic organizations, and draws from a well of grace, gratitude, and passionate service as an educator, counselor, holistic practitioner, volunteer, pastoral care provider, and businesswoman.
